It's the unique identification of the chat profile on Stringee system.

portalId → String?

It's the unique identification of the portal on Stringee system.

projectId → int

It's the unique identification of the project on Stringee system.

It's current language using in your portal.

It's current background color using in your portal.

Whether auto create ticket when receiving chat:

• false - not auto create.
